Hidden Cove Marina charges a gate fee to enter the property, which helps keep the campground, RV park, and marina grounds looking great for everyone to enjoy.
Don’t let that keep you from joining us at Shady’s Lakeside! We’ve made it easy for our guests to enjoy great food, cold drinks, and the best views on the lake with reduced gate rates.

In 2013, five guys, rooted in the Richardson, Texas, neighborhood of Canyon Creek, came together one evening in support of a single cause; give family, friends, and neighbors a unique place to hang out and share some tasty burgers and beer – a real neighborhood joint.
The original plan was simple; offer great food at a reasonable price in a casual, family-friendly atmosphere. We’ve caused a bit of a brewhaha since then with our one-of-a-kind burgers, but the mission has always stayed the same. So, whether it’s your first time here, or you’re someone we like to call neighbor, it’s with pride that we welcome you to Shady’s
From the local beer on tap, to our from scratch kitchen, Shady’s was built out of a growing desire to serve the community. A local spot, created for you and yours to enjoy great food without all the fuss. We hope you like it!
